Commers was founded as an independent italian photography studio with dedicated operational and artistic direction. We work as a photography boutique, personally overseeing each project from conception to final delivery, with a bespoke approach far removed from generalist photography.
Cristiano Cannella, photographer and artistic director of the studio, has been working in visual communication since 1998. His research spans editorial photography, cinematic and fine art portraiture, with a visual language that combines meticulous attention to detail, visual culture, and conscious construction of the visual identity of individuals and brands. He directly manages the creative and strategic relationship with clients, ensuring direct dialogue on vision, objectives, and the visual identity to be built.
Valeria Perez oversees the operational, organizational, and administrative direction of the studio, coordinating productions, timelines, and workflows. She serves as a constant point of reference for project structure and process management, ensuring a seamless, discreet, and consistent experience aligned with high-end production expectations.
We work with brands, professionals, public figures, and private clients who recognize the value of an authentic and authoritative image. We offer strategic Art Direction, Editorial and Cinematic Portraiture, and a Signature Fine Art Portraiture service dedicated to individuals, luxury goods, artworks, and collectibles, designed to ensure faithful and enduring visual preservation.
We carefully select a limited number of projects each month, establishing direct and ongoing relationships with our clients. This allows us to maintain a level of attention, discretion, and quality consistent with our high-end photographic productions.

Creating images with immediate impact, ready for prestigious editorial publications, requires the perfect balance between artistic vision and technical mastery.
Our commitment is to results that captivate, move, and tell stories without compromise.
Every instrumental choice within our studio responds to a precise creative strategy. Our partnership with Fujifilm represents a conscious investment in nearly a century of excellence in color science, a legacy rooted in the historic production of analog film stocks begun in 1934. This technical heritage provides us with extraordinary versatility, essential for precisely addressing the complex needs of high-end clientele.
This chromatic legacy is an integral part of our expressive language, precisely modulated to each project's identity:
All of this allows us to maintain consistent quality and operational flexibility even in the most complex productions, ensuring the editorial and chromatic excellence of every visual we create.
